It is very quiet, so you don't have to worry about hearing too much noise outside, but if someone living upstairs has kids, you may be subject to loud jumping, stomping and chair dragging late at night, sometimes as late as 2am. This can become incredibly annoying due to the thinness of the floors, but there is a noise curfew of 11pm. Any issues that arise are addressed promptly. The apartments are great value for the cost. There are similar apartments which charge much more but only offer a single bedroom. So if you don't have a lot of money but still want a decent place, this is an excellent option - aim for a top floor or hope you don't live beneath a family with two or three children. In the summer, you may get two or three bugs, which is to be expected with the nearby pool of water, but the problem is quickly and effectively addressed. 362020nCalled this morning and spoke to a Ms Shannon who told me that shed be here until 500pm with the exception of her lunch break 1200100pm I arrived at 1250pm and waited in my car until 108pm before going up to the door of the rental office only 362020nCalled this morning and spoke to a Ms Shannon who told me that shed be here until 500pm with the exception of her lunch break 1200100pm I arrived at 1250pm and waited in my car until 108pm before going up to the door of the rental office only to see a little clock on the door saying that someone would return at 130pm Okay I drove around the neighborhood to check the surrounding townhomes and came back at 129pm STILL NO ONE HERE I saw a tenant pull up and she asked if I was waiting on someone I told her I was waiting for the lady and what had happened thus far The lady tells me she usually comes back from lunch at 200 I just realized the time WHATnnIf thats not bad enough it is now 225pm and STILL THERE IS NO ONE IN THE OFFICE The maintenance man has come gone saw me sitting here looking like I needed some assistance and offered NONE This is HORRIBLE business What a COMPLETE WASTE of my time more ... hide ...
