Corporate maintains that it is normal for a large apartment complex to have only one leasing agent, which is clearly not the case. Both of the employees are overworked and calls are not returned. You can only get your problems solved after contacting corporate. The maintenance can come into the apartment whenever they want without warning. Non-emergency maintenance tickets can take up to two months to be resolved. Although they advertise that they have been renovated, the only new things are the kitchen appliances. Everything else has been cheaply painted over. The area is nice, but the leasing company needs to hire more staff. more ... hide ...
