I live here and Mantaince is such a sorry thingnmy ceiling is getting wet from apartment above and call was made last nite for emergency service and NO ONE showed up and we r still waiting for them today

I absolutely love Chelsea Apartments My husband and I have been living here for over 3 years Its a quiet and safe neighbourhood almost tucked away But still conveniently located close to Fort Eustis the I64 711 and a quick drive down to historic York I absolutely love Chelsea Apartments My husband and I have been living here for over 3 years Its a quiet and safe neighbourhood almost tucked away But still conveniently located close to Fort Eustis the I64 711 and a quick drive down to historic Yorktown The property managers are great to work with Shelly and Jackie are an absolute delight Ive never had an issue with maintenance work orders are handled quickly It is a heavily wooded area so you tend to see more insects around here Its a trade off for the beautiful trees Management is good to get your unit sprayed when needed The price for the size of the units and location is a big plus Were moving and havent been able to find anything worth the value of Chelsea Apartments I would highly recommend living here more ... hide ...
