I am living here until August 31st. At first, the Apartments appear great (no bugs, quiet, okay amenities and there's a liquor store nearby), but after a while there are a lot of fights in the hallways, it's noisy near the liquor store, and the rent I am living here until August 31st. At first, the Apartments appear great (no bugs, quiet, okay amenities and there's a liquor store nearby), but after a while there are a lot of fights in the hallways, it's noisy near the liquor store, and the rent is still pricey despite it being "affordable housing". Near the end of the lease, maintenance is slow to fix things or don't show up at all. My key to my apartment stopped working after I gave my two months' notice to move out, and my mailbox lock jammed, yet I still haven't been able to get my mail a week later. Trying to get a copy of my notice to vacate has been a hassle. Broadway Flats is attempting to scam and find ways to keep my damage deposit. These apartments are nice, but it's not worth the hassle. If you're not into "hood" or project-style living, this won't be your forever home. I'm someone who is hardheaded and has to experience things in order to believe it, and I am currently paying the price for it, literally. I hate it here. UPDATE 8/31/20: Today is moving day and my mailbox is still broken. I put in the request 7/28/20 but maintenance still hasn't been up to fix anything. At least I won't have to deal with it anymore. more ... hide ...

The old management was okay at handling the tenets needs and concerns some of the time Sometimes it seemed to me that they acted shady in some ways I guess it is was the time of day you catch them I dont know That might be a reason they say managem The old management was okay at handling the tenets needs and concerns some of the time Sometimes it seemed to me that they acted shady in some ways I guess it is was the time of day you catch them I dont know That might be a reason they say management is a joke Now we are under new management Things have slightly changed since the old management team has moved out Things are going well as expected As far as security goes it is the same it has not change at all since I have been there We do have security but they are only around at night time that is when I see them once in a whileThe security sometimes sits in the management office at night That might be why some people say we dont have security at all because they never see them If there are security in the day time I have not seen them since I have been there I can not really say for sure that security is offered during the day time more ... hide ...

The new management has made so many improvements here and are always so helpful Makes me feel better about living here
