Best apartments Ive ever lived in so far Most apartment complexes have staff that rush to get you in and stay on top of you for rent but dont do much when it comes to handling personal issues youre having with your unit This place is completely diffe Best apartments Ive ever lived in so far Most apartment complexes have staff that rush to get you in and stay on top of you for rent but dont do much when it comes to handling personal issues youre having with your unit This place is completely different The people and staff are nice Its very clean quiet and feels safe and peaceful They handle maintenance requests quickly and efficiently The system they have in place for maintenance requests makes it very easy to submit one Plus they have a connections team that hosts events leaves sweet notes and items at your door for birthdays and special occasions and they even provide food from time to time so you can get a break from cooking and just relax that evening Again this is by far the best apartment complex Ive ever lived in more ... hide ...

I absolutely love everyone here at Avonlea Highlands Office staff is always very welcoming and available for any questions or concerns you may have Maintenance is always very responsive to any issue that may arise and the grounds are kept very well O I absolutely love everyone here at Avonlea Highlands Office staff is always very welcoming and available for any questions or concerns you may have Maintenance is always very responsive to any issue that may arise and the grounds are kept very well One of my favorite aspects of living here aside from location are the community events scheduled a few times every month There arent many apartments that really give you a sense of community the way everyone here does They really listen to residents use that feedback to make living at Avonlea a great experience while youre here Monthly events are always changing to what people here want to do Which is a great way to keep everyone engaged socialized with other residents From newly renovated apartments to amazing location phenomenal staff maintenance I will be so heartbroken when I leave I so highly recommend everyone that wants to live in a nice community to come here because you will fall in love from the moment you come more ... hide ...
