On Wednesday, my husband went to the leasing office to renew our lease (as he is a truck driver and is usually away). They told him that they had already rented out the apartment for the following month and hadn't informed us or sent out any documentation. They informed us that we had to move out on April 31st. Furthermore, when we came home, lights would be on that we hadn't left on and maintenance personnel would enter our apartment without notifying us, going through our things without our permission. The maintenance man is also very rude. When we first moved in, they would come in without asking. One time, they even came in when I wasn't presentable for company. Overall, our experience here has been very dissatisfying. The property management acts like the police, entering our home without our knowledge. more ... hide ...
