Initially, we thought the reviews were exaggerations, but we have been finding at least three cockroaches each day (even inside the dishwasher). The carpet has a horrible odor and it has been transferred to all our clothes. The neighbors are exceptionally rude and loud. You can plainly hear their music and television, and if you ask them to lower the volume, they turn it up even louder. We are unable to work or rest properly because of all the racket. There is not a single day when there isn't noise happening at any moment (10am, 3am... you name it). And to top it off, one of my Amazon packages was stolen right off my front porch. We urge you to look elsewhere if you can, as my roommate and I will not be renewing our rental agreement and are trying to get out of here as quickly as possible.more ...hide ...

On Wednesday, my husband went to the leasing office to renew our lease (as he is a truck driver and is usually away). They told him that they had already rented out the apartment for the following month and hadn't informed us or sent out any documentation. They informed us that we had to move out on April 31st. Furthermore, when we came home, lights would be on that we hadn't left on and maintenance personnel would enter our apartment without notifying us, going through our things without our permission. The maintenance man is also very rude. When we first moved in, they would come in without asking. One time, they even came in when I wasn't presentable for company. Overall, our experience here has been very dissatisfying. The property management acts like the police, entering our home without our knowledge.more ...hide ...
