Initially, we thought the reviews were exaggerations, but we have been finding at least three cockroaches each day (even inside the dishwasher). The carpet has a horrible odor and it has been transferred to all our clothes. The neighbors are exceptionally rude and loud. You can plainly hear their music and television, and if you ask them to lower the volume, they turn it up even louder. We are unable to work or rest properly because of all the racket. There is not a single day when there isn't noise happening at any moment (10am, 3am... you name it). And to top it off, one of my Amazon packages was stolen right off my front porch. We urge you to look elsewhere if you can, as my roommate and I will not be renewing our rental agreement and are trying to get out of here as quickly as possible. more ... hide ...
