I lastly went over his income (because it is income based) and she stated that he was eligible. He did the application, took in the $50 application fee and $150 for administrative fee. A day later she told him that he was over income based and did not meet the income requirement. I reviewed their package and seen their income base and he is not over their income base. This is why I spoke her to cover all bases. And still she came lied to him about his denial.more ...hide ...

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!So we contacted them to schedule a tour for their 2 bed 1 bath and we had the tour for next week.
