Do not move to this apartment complex. I have lived here for almost 3 years and it is extremely dirty and dangerous. There are constantly spiders and roaches, and the neighbors are very dirty and often leave trash and diapers outside our doors. Leasi Do not move to this apartment complex. Leasing never addressed any complaints over nearly 3 years of me complaining. Neighbor across my balcony had their SECOND STORY BACK DOOR BROKEN INTO (also pictured). Constant shooting every single night. Hearing gunshots daily. And I lived near the front where it was “more quiet”. My Ring alerts went off constantly. And that’s only the stuff being reported to Ring (Pictured) PLEASE do not move here. Two buildings burned down in July (in the news, just google) near mine and they put a fence around and neglected the area. Still up a year later. Children get dropped off in front of it daily and walk through. I have seen a ***snake*** . This place should be condemned more ... hide ...

I have lived here for four years now Im not sure about everybody elses experience but the apartments are not bad at all compared to other apartments In this area its quite at night its no hang outs outside Trash might be an issue because the compound I have lived here for four years now Im not sure about everybody elses experience but the apartments are not bad at all compared to other apartments In this area its quite at night its no hang outs outside Trash might be an issue because the compounds are at the front and its about a half a mile to get to the front for people who live in the back with no car The maintenance handles everything next day after call bug problem was fixed almost immediately after my whole unit complained as a unit so they are attentive You really cant blame a complex if the tenants dont come together and ask for what is needed if you want a better neighborhood everyone has to come together and make it that more ... hide ...
