Its not a bad place to live. High office staff turnover. The goings on above on-site management level are concealed such that residents would not know who the next layer of management is. Sudden and unexplained transitions in mgt. leave us in the dark how to best have a collective voice in what occurs here. I thought Syretta and Nedra were the best communicators, but they are gone. Two cops live here occupy four parking spaces. There was an obvious security service for a while, but that was two setsa of managers ago. Property grounds are nicely kept and well-lit. Residents are sort of friendly. A gated community is only as good as the number of strangers let into the property and buildings day and night. Needs a bigger maintenance staff and regular mandated pest control. My a/c and refrigerator get \"Bandaid repairs,\" but they do not last. Individual apartments are nice, and the location off of I-285 is convenient with a MARTA stop across the street. A bit of a food desert. Mixed feelings, obviously.more ...hide ...
