What disturbed me about our interaction was Bren's insistence to share the tenant's personal matters, such as the tenant being a 50 year old woman living with her 25 year old son, his baby mama, and a child, as well as a cat. This unprofessional conduct is why I chose not to fill out the application. I hope the necessary representatives take this information into account and speak with Bren about the importance of being more professional when potential residents arrive.
