Later, she called back to say she was still interested, and they said she should have been given two weeks to decide. Unfortunately, she didn't get the unit and was put back on the list as number three. Recently, she visited in person to check on her status, but they said she "didn't meet the criteria". Her circumstances had not changed, so it was baffling. It seems they don't keep their word and do whatever they want. Poor customer service.
