Would NEVER rent there again or even recommend itnnWe were there 8 months and had numerous issues with appliances interior safety sprinklers leaking outside lights not working for weeks so your in the dark Water leaks in the walls from upstairs You e Would NEVER rent there again or even recommend itnnWe were there 8 months and had numerous issues with appliances interior safety sprinklers leaking outside lights not working for weeks so your in the dark Water leaks in the walls from upstairs You email management it would take a week for them to get back to you maintenance would take weeks to respond to issues and there always wanting to access your apartment when your not home The complex is directly under the flight path of all incoming planes to the airport Trash builds up badly all over no one picks it up its a pet friendly place but allot of owners do not pick up after there pets They tell you free cable and internet but if you look in your rent invoice you will see there charging you around 160 a month for basic Direct TV and internet The internet goes down allot and can be down for days before it gets fixed They do not deice any of the parking lots carports or sidewalks during winter so its a deadly ice rink to your car or apartment If you have a downstairs apartment be warned the ceilings are paper thin you will hear and feel every sound When you move out they will nickle and dime you for everything we kept our place spotless and yet they made sure to keep all of our deposit For example if you dont clean it they will charge you for trash but if you clean it doesnt matter because they charge you 150 for a professional cleaner that they use So we cleaned our place spotless and they still charged us It may look nice and quit when you tour but go there on a Saturday or after 6pm on a weekday Honestly there slum lords they dont fix anything around the complex there is damage everywhere building number signs that are burnt by the sun and unrecognizable If you want a nice place dont go here more ... hide ...

I just moved into the complex yesterday and already Im in love with this place Im from San Jose CA where the cost of living was ridiculous and also the apt we lived in was out of date with no AC and thin walls and the air circulation was absurd This I just moved into the complex yesterday and already Im in love with this place Im from San Jose CA where the cost of living was ridiculous and also the apt we lived in was out of date with no AC and thin walls and the air circulation was absurd This place is a dream The grounds are well kept and our apt is beautiful I guess when you come from nothing a place like this is the ritz We have AC our own washer and dryer and a dishwasher The water runs clean and I feel safe The management team is nice and probably overworked so give them a break Thank you for our new home Villages at Wildcreek I think well stay a while more ... hide ...
