I inhabit this rental property, and truthfully, I am very dissatisfied. Recently, the maintenance worker here disconnected my AC and I, along with my three kids, had to spend the night in extreme heat. The ceiling fans provided no relief from the hot I inhabit this rental property, and truthfully, I am very dissatisfied. Recently, the maintenance worker here disconnected my AC and I, along with my three kids, had to spend the night in extreme heat. The ceiling fans provided no relief from the hot climate of Miami. After I vented my frustrations in an email to Ashley (Property Manager), she showed no compassion or understanding. All she said was there had been a miscommunication and no apology was given for the miscommunication. As noted in earlier reviews, maintenance doesn't repair anything and they may not be certified or trained to do so. This issue was present before the pandemic, so don't be deceived. I cannot comprehend how a large rental property only has one employee and if that person is not available, paying tenants have no access to services. If I could post this review with no stars, I would, but I want other people to learn from my experience and make a wiser decision when it comes to renting from a property that will actually care. I believe those giving this rental property more stars are either friends or relatives of Solabella employees. That is the only explanation as to why those with complaints have similar grievances.
