However, I would advise that you stay far away from these apartments. Roaches are absolutely everywhere, and the exterminator only wants to spray two cabinets in the kitchen, yet you will still see a multiplication of the amount of roaches you had before. In addition, there is no microwave in the apartments, no playground for kids, and no picnic area to be found. Every weekend, the North Augusta police is out in full effect due to the occurrence of VIOLENCE at the entrance of the apartments. These ten buildings containing twelve units each, are in need of a major renovation. The staff and the owner are both very nice, but the owner is slow at getting things done. If you keep reminding him, he will eventually complete the task. Shopping is convenient in the area. Please do not be deceived by the photos you see, this place is a definite "no-no"; I would rate it as -100 if I could! It's that bad. To clarify, this review is in regards to the PINE CREST APARTMENTS and not the Willow Wick Apartments.more ...hide ...

Management is very professional & empathetic. The building is maintained well and the grounds are exceptional --- it looks like a golf course! The tenants are neighborly and theres lots of activities to get involved with. Access to the medical community and shopping isnt a problem either. If youre a senior and/or disabled and looking for a nice apartment home in a great area, I highly recommend this place.more ...hide ...
