When I emailed Kaitlyn, she said that the increase was due to market value (the apartments hadn't been refurbished since the 80s). However, my neighbor, who Kaitlyn spoke to, was told it was a mistake and the rent wouldn't go up. Additionally, some tenants have moved out quickly because of a cockroach infestation in building 7. The former tenant showed me the apartment, which was not cleaned when they moved in and had mold in the freezer and dead cockroaches in the pantry. The car wash is one of the few facilities at Windsor Shores, yet the vacuum hasn't worked in a year and the water hose at the car wash has been missing for the same amount of time. Moreover, the property no longer has a courtesy officer or cameras. This could be due to the frequent changes in management, which might be why the employees don't demonstrate empathy, integrity, and professionalism when dealing with the residents' issues. more ... hide ...

I hate this place Im so ready to move They have bad roaches the people are very rude and the rent changes every so often Its weird I would not recommend this place of environment

Nice friendly staff and very green community I dont think you will find any such green community in this area
