I was doing the RRP program in April and I did my part, but naturally this office took ages to complete theirs and in the end it was too late and they wanted to evict me which is completely unjust. My application was never refused, it's still waiting for the Leasing office to process. When I called to ask them to do the paperwork, all they talked about was the eviction so I'm going to court with a lawyer since I have evidence that they disregarded my emails from April and May requesting them to finish it. Additionally, they said pest control was coming but they never did, they added extra charges to the rent without informing me and it wasn't in the contract, all of which I will mention in court. To top it off, they have two visitor parking spots which are almost invisible, the dryer barely works, the tub has paint peeling and they just don't care. more ... hide ...
