I highly recommend seeking housing else where The landlord is notorious for taking tenants to court for any reason they can fabricate Since they own several companies and have connections they always win without merit

Well nobody is going to call you, expect an eviction notice taped to your door, and she is rarely available to speak to, and when she is gone there is nobody else to speak to. The company that actually owns the building lets her basically run the place like she owns it and there are no consequences or even a response when Nina does something wrong,.
