I should have known that I was getting myself into trouble when the leasing office made a mistake and gave me an apartment that had already been rented, even though I had made arrangements to move in months before. They don't maintain the grounds and don't enforce any of the rules from the lease agreement. From my window I can see piles of dirt and patches of brown grass covered in dog feces. There are no washer and dryers in the units, but you can use the filthy laundry rooms if the machines are actually working. When you request service, the maintenance crew do only the bare minimum. I had an issue with my faucets spewing water all over the countertops of both the bathroom and kitchen, and after making three requests, I still have to turn on the water a certain way to keep the water from going everywhere. Since I moved in, there have been more and more incidents of the police coming to the apartment complex for various reasons, such as domestic disturbance and car vandalism/break ins. My advice: don't do it! You can find a nicer and safer apartment with in-unit washer and dryers for the same price. I only have a few more weeks, and I'm getting out of here as quickly as possible. more ... hide ...

If I can put 0 stars I DO HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE They DO NOT fix anything you have to call more than 30 times to make a claim and still nothing Full of cockroach everywhere for more than fumigues do not end I have since Good Friday that was in April If I can put 0 stars I DO HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE They DO NOT fix anything you have to call more than 30 times to make a claim and still nothing Full of cockroach everywhere for more than fumigues do not end I have since Good Friday that was in April 19 with a claim and we are in Jun 30 and have not even had the courtesy to knock on the door The people in the office are very discourteous they always leave you waiting a long time to see if you leave without complaining The maintenance always up and down doing nothing all day If you are thinking to moving here DO NOT DO IT I moved here in 2014 and the staff were super good but the quality and change of staff have degraded the apartments Im just waiting for my contract to end to run away because if you finish it before even if you are right to finish it they will do the impossible to you have to pay for early termination more ... hide ...
