My worst living experience to date was at 111 Springview Elms Street in Building 800. The neighbors were unbearably loud, making noise non-stop from day to night and the office did nothing about it despite the fact that they had young kids. The neighbors were unbearably loud, making noise non-stop from day to night and the office did nothing about it despite the fact that they had young kids. During the day, there would be constant thuds and booms as if someone was jumping up and down, or vacuuming late into the night while kids ran wild. On days off during the week a kid could be heard running all day long! It was impossible to get any rest or sleep due to this constant racket. The excuses given made no sense either - it felt like we were hearing a ghost run through the floor! We were young so I guess they thought we'd just tune out the noise but that wasn't possible. To top it off, my car got towed even though it had been parked in its designated spot with a parking sticker! All in all, by far my worst living experience ever! more ... hide ...

Ive lived at Oakbrook Village for 10 years and I cannot say enough about the care they have for their residents The responsive maintenance team is second to none Ive lived in different apartment complexes in my lifetime and this one is top notch no Ive lived at Oakbrook Village for 10 years and I cannot say enough about the care they have for their residents The responsive maintenance team is second to none Ive lived in different apartment complexes in my lifetime and this one is top notch no doubt I was so happy when they started with resident parking passes Theres no inconvenience at all as there are plenty guest parking spots There is nothing worse than coming home late after a long days work groceries and kids in tow and not being able to park close by This has now been taken care of and its SO much better for us residents who pay rent to live here We had to move out due to relocation for job purposes but well never find a better place than Oakbrook Village Make no mistake this is where you want to call home more ... hide ...
