I strongly advise against living in these apartments. We had the misfortune to reside there for two years and the situation continuously deteriorated. There are very annoying people living there and the management does nothing to address the problem. I strongly advise against living in these apartments. The kids vandalize the area and leave rubbish everywhere. The pool was perpetually closed due to broken glass, but the management never tried to find out who was responsible, instead they asked the tenants to snitch. Parties were held there with people who were not even residents, making it impossible to use the pool ourselves. They will tell you that if you park in an unmarked space, your car won't be towed, but our car was towed from an unmarked spot for being there for too long. The management is a joke: they are incredibly lazy and their phones are either out of order or they simply don't answer. It's almost impossible to talk to someone in the office. They charge a high rate for pet rent, then at the end of your lease they find pet damages and dodge all calls. They also lie about not being informed about certain things to protect themselves, and often "forget" things. This place is a source of stress, so steer clear. more ... hide ...
