This place is such a fraud rip off and scammed They will say you have an apartment and then all of a sudden things came up at the last minute would told they just needed to do 3 spray for bedbugs in the apartment the last one was of the 26th of July This place is such a fraud rip off and scammed They will say you have an apartment and then all of a sudden things came up at the last minute would told they just needed to do 3 spray for bedbugs in the apartment the last one was of the 26th of July still no call back about nothing so I called the property manager Mrs Little tried to cover up for her but little do she knows until I told her I have all my documents and phone calls documents next step talking to my lawyer please be aware of the gates of summerville yes we were approved but never got an apartment yes thats right she was going to put us in another apartment but again more excuses or better yet lies after lives after lies even scam people whose on North Charleston housing I refuse to let this happen to someone who has a good heart be scammed by these people remember I have all my documents in order down to yall texts and calls plus evidence with the Charleston housing authorities more ... hide ...

Apartments are spacious but due to prior management the apartments are in poor condition New management is friendly and are really trying their best to renovate and get the complex where It needs to be so kudos to them

	PARKWAY VILLAGE APARTMENTS (2.6/5) (843) 871 - 7952 775 PARKWAY BLVD , SUMMERVILLE , SC 29483 Housing types: Low Income Apartments buildings / Section 8 vouchers accepted total apartment units: 144, assisted housing category: insured-subsidized, contract term: 240 months, sec 8 nc , between 80% & 100% fmr, 1bedroom: $1,035.0 Kayla Hansen (3.4/5) (Resident from November 2012to June 2015)I lived in Parkway Village Apartments for 2.5 years & personally, I would not recommend this hell hole to the poorest of the poor! Being a Parkway resident was like taking a long (Resident from November 2012to June 2015)I lived in Parkway Village Apartments for 2.5 years & personally, I would not recommend this hell hole to the poorest of the poor! Being a Parkway resident was like taking a long train ride on the \"Hot-Mess Express.\" I have had thee most issues while living here.. Plumbing issues, several water leaks (including one so severe it flooded my whole bedroom & ruined my furniture and personal property), another water leak causing my hallway to flood, maintence hardly came in a timely manor & when they did come, Id steady be getting charged for natural wear and tear.. just to name a few of my maintenance experiences. As far as my neighbors, lets just say I was the only white person in my building.. The first night I moved in there was a brawl of 30+ in the parking lot, where I believe one was shot. There was always a lot of arguing, fighting, loud music & one particular neighbor would smoke marijuana out in the breezeways quite often. There was no shortage of crime here, despite the previous review. My apartment was broken into not once, but TWICE, where my electronics were stolen.. On another occasion, my car was vandalized as well, where my trunk was broken into and stereo system was stolen, and another occasion where my license plate tag was stolen off my vehicle as well. But in the end, I was the only one to be reprimanded.. because obviously Id have to have police contact due to these issues, which was apparently a lease violation. Moving on to the staff.. The staff Ms. Carolyn Allen hired when she assumed the position of property manager, are completely underqualified & quite rude.. not limited to the young lady at the front desk (Ms. Taylor) who called the Department of Social Services on me, with accusations that my children have no proper bedding, because at first, my newborn hated her bassinette & would only sleep sitting up in her car seat.. But knowing that complaint was non significant, she falsely accused me of doing drugs, beating my children, not having food in the house, etc. to have DSS involved.. which a case worker did come out to investigate and saw the allegations were clearly bogus and quickly closed my case. But the fact that that employee lied out of spite & tried to have my children taken away under false pretenses, quite frankly still pisses this momma bear off to this day! Im so glad to be out of there & now residing in a larger home with a huge yard, but most importantly, far away from the ill mannered residents and disgraceful staff of Parkway Village. more ... hide ...
