When we went in to do the rental application, we were shown the unit next to it, which we would be given if approved. It had mold all over the walls of the bathroom and bedroom, the carpet felt mushy as if it hadn't been replaced since the building was built, and the stove was disgusting. I still had faith that the maintenance would clean it up since the rent was so high. While in the office, I asked the questions about the place, which made her uncomfortable. I asked about when the carpet was last replaced, if there had been any pets there previously (since I have asthma), and what was going to be done about the mold. We were both given credit checks, which of course left a mark, but she never called us back, even though she said she would the following day. I wish they hadn't done the credit checks if they weren't going to follow through. It was dirty and not what I remembered it to be. I would not recommend this place to anyone. more ... hide ...

The parking is not enough to sustain the vehicles of the residents and these plow people dont clear the snow rendering at least 10 spaces unusable until the sun thaws it outThen the lot and sidewalks flood because the drainage is a jokeThey have never addressed the structural unsoundness of the balconies on the second floor which are separating and creating leaks in the 1st floor apartments ..My mother had lived here for over a decade and never had her carpets replaced or her apartment repainted in that time, or the enormous cracks repaired in her Sheetrock as a result of separation because of the flooding, and structural damage due to the flooding, despite requests to repair. The management told her they do not repaint or replace carpets if it is less than 10 years well it was far more than that AND 2 claims to her insurance company for flooding .. absolute joke management here.. all of the requests are in writing internally .. No one ever physically available in the management office on site..Her apartment was flooded twice due to poor drainage from THE OUTSIDE and they put sand bags on her patio as if that is a solution (YOU CAN SEE IN PHOTOS THAT THEYVE PLACED SANDBAGS OUTSIDE ON PATIOS OF GROUND-FLOOR APARTMENTS ! Several of them !)My mom will be able to lift sand bags when it rains??? Really???I am continuing to post photos with follow up issues with this pathetic companyWash room machines are always unplugged due to needing serviceThe landscape company mowed my moms rose bushes down , to nothing .. not even an apology from these pathetic corporate fools that take money from the government for senior housing but let these poor residents flood, live in moldy apartments, and fall on ice .. shameful and sad more ... hide ...
