I moved in last August and was told by the property manager, all the units will be completely renovated by December or January. Not only did that not happen but living on a first floor, for my last month living there allI moved in last August and was told by the property manager, all the units will be completely renovated by December or January. Not only did that not happen but living on a first floor, for my last month living there all I was hearing Monday- Saturday at 8 a.m. was hammering, drills and sawing coming from the unit directly above me. A bunch of debris and sawdust even fell through the vent above the toilet in my bathroom and hardened on it, all over my shower curtain, toilet brush and the floor and they did nothing to clean that up or replace my belongings. They had the front doors constantly propped open by the construction guys, when the doors should remained locked for security reasons. Lets talk about the parking situation they make you pay for a parking sticker and then pay extra to have a guest sticker but they can only stay over three times a month or they charge you $7 a night. I went out of town for a week I came back and someone tried to steal my license plate off of my car in the parking lot that Im having to pay to park there. They say they have someone patrolling the parking lot at night so they will quickly tow a car but they wont stop one from being vandalized. The pool had issues of having algae in it so it was closed days when it should have been opened and it also opened over a week late. When I moved out they charged me a move-out fee that I was never told prior would be a charge! With the staff, one person will say one thing or doesnt know something and another person will say another thing. Very unprofessional. There are supposed to be beautiful waterfalls around the property that they have turned off and poorly kept ponds. The washer and dryer ( there is only one of each in the building) is outdated. They poorly wash the clothes and always left lint all over my clothes/ malfunctioned ( took my money off of my paycard but didnt turn on a couple times). The staff would write letters /memos and put them in your door, thought that was strange and if it was confidential information they would still prop it in your door where anyone could read it. The mailbox key they gave me when I moved in, did not open the mailbox so they told me they would replace it and gave be another key. One of the maintenance guys (a day or so later) entered my unit without notice and permission to deliver my mail to me in my unit, glad I was home- that was illegal and creepy.more ...hide ...
