Stephanie and the property manager, Tara Silver, are the worst; they claim that it is my word versus hers, and hers versus mine, so they cannot move me. Over the span of 6 years this woman has phoned the police on me a total of 60 to 70 times, even for something as minor as my toilet overflowing. Even after they repaired the issue, she still kept calling. Stephanie and Tara Silver would laugh in my face when I brought up my grievances. While the woman is quite amusing, Tara and Stephanie should be taking care of business as property managers. The staff at the Greens at Pine Hill office are incredibly unprofessional and it is questionable if they even graduated from high school. The rent rate is quite fair. The electric bill can be quite pricey, but this is something you have control over since the heater is electric and running the A/C will make it rise. There are some minor problems that need to be addressed, but nowhere is 100% problem-free. Management and the maintenance crew have always been responsive to my requests. If you are looking for a tranquil complex, it might be a good idea to look for one that doesn't allow children or one that is exclusively for individuals aged 55 and above. The downside is that the playground is designed for toddlers and 6-year-olds and there are only few picnic tables in the backyard. It would be great if there were two more picnic tables. There is also no place to sit in the front of the building, either to wait for a ride or just to enjoy the day. My husband and I will call Pine Valley Court Apartments home until such time that the rent becomes too high and we are forced to move. I hope this review was of help.
