The lady from leasing office - worst experience ever. She told us that there was an apartment coming in a month to move in and assured that it was ours, she promised to get back in 2 weeks.In 2 weeks - no information.We The lady from leasing office - worst experience ever. In couple of days she called, stated she was on a vacation and has a lot to catch on but apartment would be ready. Again she promised to call us in couple of days to give more information. No surprise there was no info in couple of days. We called 4 days in a row no answer. On the fifth day she pick up, stated that she was on a vacation (again?) and to call her back later. When I called her back later she sounded super irritated and throw into me that the apartment was not available and tenants were not going to move out. Because of her unprofessionalism and lack of customer service we lost a month of time that we could spend on searching another place to leave, since in the beginning she assured us that apartment is 100% to be ours.more ...hide ...
