We just moved out a few months ago after having lived here for 2 years I have lived in apartment complexes intermittently for the past 15 years and this was probably my favorite Location is awesome close to 295 and Rt 70 Easy access to Philly 25 mWe just moved out a few months ago after having lived here for 2 years I have lived in apartment complexes intermittently for the past 15 years and this was probably my favorite Location is awesome close to 295 and Rt 70 Easy access to Philly 25 min depending where youre going Haddonfield close by less than 5 min drive At first I thought being on busy Brace Rd would be an issue but I never had a problem with traffic The moveout process was simple and easy and even though I was leaving they were very kind and accommodating this is unlike other complexes Every single maintenance request was completed in a timely manner and scheduled according to my schedule Theyre constantly out maintaining the grounds Loved the pool The style of the apartments is pleasing I would have liked more visitor parking as their parking lot is limited The staff is very laid back and not intrusive as we had experienced in other complexes Overall we were very happy theremore ...hide ...
The lady from leasing office worst experience ever She told us that there was an apartment coming in a month to move in and assured that it was ours she promised to get back in 2 weeksnIn 2 weeks no informationnWe tried to call the office left voicThe lady from leasing office worst experience ever She told us that there was an apartment coming in a month to move in and assured that it was ours she promised to get back in 2 weeksnIn 2 weeks no informationnWe tried to call the office left voice mails but nobody returned our call back In couple of days she called stated she was on a vacation and has a lot to catch on but apartment would be ready Again she promised to call us in couple of days to give more information No surprise there was no info in couple of days We called 4 days in a row no answer On the fifth day she pick up stated that she was on a vacation again and to call her back later When I called her back later she sounded super irritated and throw into me that the apartment was not available and tenants were not going to move out Because of her unprofessionalism and lack of customer service we lost a month of time that we could spend on searching another place to leave since in the beginning she assured us that apartment is 100 to be oursmore ...hide ...
