Also had very dirty corners left untouched. Originally they said carpets would be replaced with high grade vinyl (very popular at this time). Owners decided carpet was still good and no change was needed. The people in office are great and it appears the desire to improve is present but owners need to raise the bar. Listen to the manager, shes the one with a finger on the pulse of this apartment community. See the pictures and judge for yourself. Really appreciate Quinn for being diligent where others have not and for having a great bedside manner when dealing with very stressful matters. Previous management was lackluster in solving tenant issues, but I have enjoyed 3 out of the 4 interactions I have had with the new team and the 1 of 4 at least had a happy ending, stressful though it was!
