Edit Rental Inquiry I live at Pineridge apartment right now and I have mold, and other issues that have been ignored, some for years, including my bathroom light not going off. I repeatedly told them (management and maintenance), they even did at least two inspections since then and last time they just unscrewed the light bulbs to make the lights go out. So that�s what we been doing for 8+ months. She also, wanted to write me up twice for parking in the back, when this building is the only one that has to walk down a sidewalk to get to the apartment, so when we have groceries it�s hard to get them inside, I�ve had 3 back surgeries and have a painful hip issues, needing surgery. I�m suppose to be disabled, but I went back to school to find something less laborious so I could move. My kids get repeated sinus and respiratory infections from the mold, we can�t turn the heat on, and I have to spend $24 every other month for expensive air filters plus we have 3 air purifiers to clean the air. I do work right now and can afford rent, if the place isn�t killing us all slowly, I�m keep my home clean and have no issues with ppl around me.
