A friend of mine rented here for a year lease He is in a National Guard Unit is a professional They ended their residence at Avana Eastlake he was told to drop his keys in the drop box Which he did and I know for a fact he did Now they are wanting A friend of mine rented here for a year lease He is in a National Guard Unit is a professional They ended their residence at Avana Eastlake he was told to drop his keys in the drop box Which he did and I know for a fact he did Now they are wanting to charge him 60 for losing the keys once he placed them in the Dropbox This is not a best practice for any management team and one has to wonder if it is common to call tenants prior tenants liars when they simply do as you instructed Record and video EVERYTHING with this management team They are either inept in their duties or simply trying to steal money from prior tenants then threaten to hit their credit with collections for something the management did My advice Get a lawyer to deal with this team again Video everything Im just glad he has a witness will show they are lying Do better management more ... hide ...
