I resided at the Courtyard Apartments for a bit more than 8 years. My initial manager was Nick, who was outstanding. When Nick left, matters deteriorated, with Crystal in charge - nothing would be fixed, the outside started to look dingy and not maintained. I decided to give it one more year. Then Rhonda came in and things did improve, though not totally. Brandi arrived after that and she really took control of the property. I was delighted to see the exterior looking great once again, like when I initially moved in. Brandi and her team are great for the Courtyard - make sure to do what you can to keep her. The one thing that needs improvement is parking - there are cars that have been in the same spot for months on end, taking up good parking spaces and nothing is done about it. A better system should be implemented, because the parking permits given out do not solve the problem. I was blessed with a garage. From the day I moved in to the day I left, everything in my apartment always functioned properly and if there were issues, they were promptly taken care of the same week. I think tenants have a responsibility to take care of their units as well. I would absolutely recommend the Courtyard Apartments to anyone searching for an apartment with an outstandingmore ...hide ...
Overall great place to live Gotta remember its apartment living but for the the most part anytime theres a issue its resolved immediately Best option if your looking for a affordable apartment and management is always going above and beyond

Then dont live here. Everyplace has rules you follow them. That what makes were you live stay nice . I like having a manager that wants to keep our property nice and she is doing her job.
