Then Rhonda came in and things did improve, though not totally. Brandi arrived after that and she really took control of the property. I was delighted to see the exterior looking great once again, like when I initially moved in. Brandi and her team are great for the Courtyard - make sure to do what you can to keep her. The one thing that needs improvement is parking - there are cars that have been in the same spot for months on end, taking up good parking spaces and nothing is done about it. A better system should be implemented, because the parking permits given out do not solve the problem. I was blessed with a garage. From the day I moved in to the day I left, everything in my apartment always functioned properly and if there were issues, they were promptly taken care of the same week. I think tenants have a responsibility to take care of their units as well.
