I would not recommend these apartments to anyone including people I do not likenThere is one woman there you have to be very careful of and her name starts with a D On a daily basis she keyed my car and always took the air out of my right rear tire SI would not recommend these apartments to anyone including people I do not likenThere is one woman there you have to be very careful of and her name starts with a D On a daily basis she keyed my car and always took the air out of my right rear tire She is having an affair with the manager this told to me by 4 tenants at the Apartments on Roeser listening to them and seeing them do the nasty in the bathroom She also called the police daily because I sat under a tree in my car to smoke cigarettes I was told by the manager to do this There are tenants that live there smoke in their apartments The police know everything I have gone through Since Feb 15th I am still owed 200 rent and 350 deposit I am 65 and permanently disabled and they would not let me renew my lease because I reported the manager coming into my apartment between 11 pm and 4 am without permissionnI am homeless on the street now since the end of March I was in the hospital for 3 weeks I do not recommend these apartments and if you do stay away from the Dmore ...hide ...
I just checked out an apartment that was waiting for a new tenant I really liked it The kitchen had loads of cupboards and drawers Love that Ive been on the wait list for almost 2 years Ive got another year or two to go Worth the wait

Ok so...I went to tour your apartments today after seeing them listed on Facebook. They looked great and perfect for me and my daughter. I get there around 9am and the office is closed, I was going to call for an appointOk so...I went to tour your apartments today after seeing them listed on Facebook. They looked great and perfect for me and my daughter. I get there around 9am and the office is closed, I was going to call for an appointment but the maintenance guy saw us and said he could show me an apartment while the leasing lady was away. I thought great! Boy was I wrong, my daughter felt extremely uncomfortable as he was looking at her strangely and then proceeded to ask me if I was single and if I liked the night life in wickenburg. It was very uncomfortable for us both. I can only imagine what its like to actually live there. We will not be back so dont even try. If I could give no stars I would after todaymore ...hide ...

I would have given a zero rating if I could. I am extremely displeased with how our maintenance problems have been addressed.
