Today, yet another repair was done, but when the residents tried to use the water later that evening, they found that it was not working. This lack of attention to basic maintenance is incredibly frustrating, and makes it difficult for the residents to do their daily routines. Additionally, the management staff and repairmen typically leave the building without checking to see if the residents are getting hot water, which is yet another inconvenience. I would not recommend this building to anyone, and I regret living here due to these issues. more ...
