I moved here from Palm Beach for work and was so nervous about finding a place in New Jersey not far from the city I was looking for something in Upper Montclair and this place came up It is across the street from Upper Montclair Country Club and I hI moved here from Palm Beach for work and was so nervous about finding a place in New Jersey not far from the city I was looking for something in Upper Montclair and this place came up It is across the street from Upper Montclair Country Club and I have lived here for a year now very happily I love having 1200 sq ft hardwood floors and a 24 hour doorman Derek at the rental office has always been so helpful and Louis the Superintendent is absolutely amazing Truly all the staff here have been so friendly and helpful I am now moving again for work but would like to thank all the staff at Country Club Towers for a wonderful experience and making this girl feel at home in New Jerseymore ...hide ...

It has been a week now and the dishwasher has ceased to function, not even a light turning on. I phoned the maintenance team and they promised to come the same day, so I took off from work to wait for them, yet they never showed. They sent an email to my husband saying they would come the next day and I missed another day of work waiting, only to be let down. When I called to express my dissatisfaction, a very rude gentleman shouted at my daughter and me, informing us that he had no one to send and he did not know when they would come. This is outrageous, I had to sacrifice two days of work, as well as my daughter's job, and still no one came until today. We called, emailed, and visited the office multiple times, yet no one did anything. I'm paying rent to live here, not to be treated like I'm nothing. No consideration for us!
