It was a studio with a musty smell. When I mentioned this to the management, they swore no mold was present, but after I hired my own mold company, it was discovered. They refused to fix it, so I had to contact a lawyer to make them repair the closet wall which had brown stains, bubbling paint, and mold in the walls. Every time it rained heavily, I had water seeping into the kitchen and carpet. They only offered a fan to dry the carpets, and never fixed the leaks. To keep the humidity down, I had to keep a dehumidifier running all the time, which increased my electricity bill. The carpets were stained and ripped when I moved in, and I had to shampoo them myself, but they still charged me a $400 cleaning fee when I left. The sink was leaking for two months before they fixed it, and I had to empty a pot under the sink a few times a day. The owner was always rude and would yell whenever I called him with a complaint or query. If I could rate this place, it'd be a zero out of five.more ...hide ...

Totally worth the wait time. Anne, Amal, and Jonathan communicated with us very well throughout the process. And they were pleasant to work with. Had a few minor issues occur after move in. But Jonathan and his team including George resolved the issues in a timely manner. Everyone here is super nice. And the community is super quiet. The views are phenomenal. And super close to 23 for all your shopping and eating needs. Perfect place for couples and small families just starting out.more ...hide ...
