On the other hand, I cannot stand the corporate management of this property. I've been living here since 7/17 and we are now on our third property manager, and the maintenance guy (who was great) just resigned as well! Despite the fact that I have a dependable, fantastic group of neighbors who simply want to live their best lives, like me, there are a lot of issues. It all began with the fact that we have been misled and put off at every turn. We submitted a request for cameras on the property four months ago due to vandalism and drug activity, yet NOTHING was done! We asked for speed bumps and were told that they were approved, but there is no indication of when we will get them. Apparently, this is not a smoke-free facility since people smoke all kinds of things inside and outside of their homes. Police officers are here regularly, however, without cameras, it is difficult to get them to actually DO anything. That Ellington woman is dreadful, shouting at residents and risking to share their complaints with the people they are complaining about. Nothing ever gets fixed because there was only one guy working on two properties, and there was only so much he could do, and now he has left.
