My mom moved to Cuatro Apartments from another similar property in Downtown ABQ about a year ago and this place is such an upgrade The tenants are polite and respectful of the common areas and the building is very well kept The management K is respon My mom moved to Cuatro Apartments from another similar property in Downtown ABQ about a year ago and this place is such an upgrade The tenants are polite and respectful of the common areas and the building is very well kept The management K is responsive caring and helpful at every turn Yes there are people experiencing homelessness nearby but they pretty much stay on 2nd and 3rd streets I feel confident that my mom is safe which is frankly not something I could say at the other place When I go to visit there is always a free place to park very nearby And her view of the mountains is priceless more ... hide ...
