Nothing but good things to say Jesse and Amanda have been responsive courteous and professional The rates are great its clean gated and it feels safe and well maintained I havent had any bug issues and the neighbors are friendly

Don't stay here. I'm counting the days until my lease is up. I wouldn't recommend this apartment to anyone. My air conditioner has been malfunctioning for several days and they keep giving excuses for why they can't fix it. I had to leave my unit for Don't stay here. My air conditioner has been malfunctioning for several days and they keep giving excuses for why they can't fix it. I had to leave my unit for a week because it was over 80 degrees in there and they refused to give me a rent reduction as the unit is uninhabitable. I'm going to have to get the AC fixed at their expense, which I doubt they will allow, and I'm worried they'll try to hit me with late fees. They're swift to issue fines and fees, but their response to maintenance requests is abysmal. I don't know if they know what they're doing, but my experience has been nothing like what they promised during the tour. UPDATE: The AC is still in the same condition as it was when I put in the first work order. They claim it still turns on, so they consider it fixed even though it isn't producing cool air. Management seems to be irritated that I'm asking about the AC, so they're dragging their feet. To be fair, the maintenance guys are very nice and seem to be the only ones who care. The office staff don't seem to care about the tenants. more ... hide ...
