About a week ago we had lots of rain and water got in and the way they handled it was extremely awful. They didn€™t clean the carpet because they said their two carpet cleaners were broken. They called the cleaners for the carpet and just took the padding from underneath didn€™t replace the carpet. Acknowledging that I have a 1 year old and this can affect her. According to them the place was still livable and decided to let us stay in the living room. They really don€™t care at all and not only that but it€™s hard to get in touch with landlord because office people are always trying to cover up.more ...hide ...

When I called in September to see if they had any developments, they had approved my application but hadn't told me. I had to call several times for them to just tell me they would call me back, which they never did. Because of how long I had been trying to move in and how no one was responding to my application or supplying me with any info, I decided to try and get my $100 back. Unfortunately, since it had been a month since I had been approved, I couldn't receive a refund since I hadn't acted fast enough after being approved, despite no one notifying me that I had been accepted in the first place! I filled out the form, paid, and they never even glanced at it or anything unless I contacted them. The employees are incredibly inept and I am out $150, but maybe this is a blessing in disguise considering all the reviews. Don't even try to apply here, they will ignore it and take your money.more ...hide ...
