I applied for a flat at the start of August, paid all the charges and no one even looked into it for a whole month. When I called in September to see if they had any developments, they had approved my application but hadn't told me. When I called in September to see if they had any developments, they had approved my application but hadn't told me. I had to call several times for them to just tell me they would call me back, which they never did. Because of how long I had been trying to move in and how no one was responding to my application or supplying me with any info, I decided to try and get my $100 back. Unfortunately, since it had been a month since I had been approved, I couldn't receive a refund since I hadn't acted fast enough after being approved, despite no one notifying me that I had been accepted in the first place! I filled out the form, paid, and they never even glanced at it or anything unless I contacted them. The employees are incredibly inept and I am out $150, but maybe this is a blessing in disguise considering all the reviews. Don't even try to apply here, they will ignore it and take your money. more ... hide ...

my boyfriend and I have stayed here 4 years I have no complaints about management true its new people in office every other couple months but they are friendly respectful and helpfulit can get kind of aggravating waiting for work orders and maintenan my boyfriend and I have stayed here 4 years I have no complaints about management true its new people in office every other couple months but they are friendly respectful and helpfulit can get kind of aggravating waiting for work orders and maintenance exterminators which Is logically understandablebut I love my apt I love the layout I love the floors I love the 2 full bathrooms I love the pool I love the kindness Im shown whenever I hv to pop in the office alot of reviews are simply from rude obnoxious or poor quality people who created the environment of which they seem to blame Seminole ridge my apt didnt come with toilet problems of course over time and so many tenets flushing things tht shouldnt of course tht will bring problems follow rules leave your faucets dripping like instructed and pipes wont bust causing leaks in the walls but the lawn care is beautiful more ... hide ...
