Easy to use this product

Its unfortunate that there are so very few apartment complexes in the Shallotte area My motherinlaw applied here back in March and was approved for an apartment She got put on a waiting list at that time and was told they would call when one was ava Its unfortunate that there are so very few apartment complexes in the Shallotte area My motherinlaw applied here back in March and was approved for an apartment She got put on a waiting list at that time and was told they would call when one was available During that time my MIL waited patiently returned any missed calls and even called to touch base several times though it was often almost impossible to get someone via phone Our patients were higher than usual due to COVID and we were most understanding to some delaysbut that has now went right out of the window We went by today just to see where she stood and to our surprise she had been taken OFF the listback in APRILONE month after applied and approvedwith NO warning I am beyond disappointed with this but thats just the tipping pointnnThey have now requested all this additional personal informationunnecessaryfor her to get A SECOND approval just to go back on their below average apartments waiting listits an apartment not a home loan This is called taking advantage of people and in one of the worst times of some peoples lives Not only will I write this review for everyone who might consider applying but I will most certainly be filing a complaint with the BBB How you run your business and conduct yourself during that time speaks volumes about your character Its probably a blessing in disguise that this happened because If this was how they conduct themselves trying to attain paying customersimagine once they have you in a leaseI dont want my family treated that way If you have ANY other options Id steer clear of this place and if you dont Im sorry because it isnt fair to be treated this way They prey on peoples disadvantages more ... hide ...
