Very disorganized and slow-moving here - a resident knocked on the door and was ignored, another potential resident showed up for an appointment that had been forgotten by the management. The interior was outmoded, resembling a hospital; furthermore, they were clueless about internet access and you had to buy internet/tv services through them - no Verizon Fios available. After all this time and effort put in by us, just one week before moving day she suddenly informed us that she needed more documents from us in order to approve our application! We have already given our notice for our current apartment and have most of our belongings packed; however, getting these documents would take weeks!
