Ive been living at Avery Village in East Patchogue for 22 yearsnI am so happy here Have met wonderful neighbors and friends The staff are great respond quickly The clubhouse is activelots of events and celebrationsnYou never have to be lonely here

My late grandma Rose Natarus lived here years ago when I was a kid great place back then Caldor was close where Lowes is its nice to know when I get old places like this exist
