Recently, I just moved out of this development. In my apartment, I discovered Mold in various places and reported it to maintenance who took a while to come to clean it. Management told me that the mold was brought on by a pipe bursting in the basement, however when I asked for reimbursement for my damaged possessions ($1500 worth), they rejected that notion and claimed it was due to me not using the AC correctly. When questioned how they came up with their conclusion, they had no answer. Do not even think about staying here; after finding out Management knew about the whole building having Mold yet neglected to inform residents like myself (who had an infant living with them!) – look elsewhere for a safe and mold-free apartment! more ... hide ...

The apartments are in great condition, the fixtures all work properly, maintenance issues are quickly dealt with and the rooms are of a good size.
