Its a good spot to live but the manager never gave me a tour before moving in and she takes to long to contact you the manager is the issue

I'm left wondering how this could happen when the office was closed. Additionally, why is the office closed on a Tuesday? What kind of system are they running over there? This must violate some kind of municipal ordinance. I've heard many accounts of how they manage the complex. How could the maintenance worker (DON) summon a tow truck for me when he saw me attempting to reach someone in the office and still not talk to me?
