Especially if you live underneath someone that is inconsiderate of there noise making while doing grown people actions. The many compliants I reported nothing seem to work. If you want a good night sleep forget it there was times neighbors was so loud I didnt go to sleep for a week straight. And I work in the health care long hours and early morning especially during covid.Yes the apartments are clean but a lot of people dont follow the smoking rule even though they try to enforce it.Other than the thin walls and rent going up every six months it was okay. The staff at sycamore was always supportive and courteous and the maintenance guys were knowledgeable, helpful and timely. The grounds at sycamore were well maintained and parking was never an issue after they increased the lot in 2019. The close proximity to Cumberland farms was also a great convenience. Unfortunately I had to break my lease 9 months early and I still received my security in full. I thoroughly enjoyed living at sycamore gardens and Id give them 6 stars if I could. more ... hide ...
