Safety is an issue in the garage; numerous robberies have occurred recently, people parking on levels they don't live on, cars that haven't moved in months yet remain there, plus strangers sleeping in their cars from different states. There should be assigned parking since nobody follows the rules anyway! We lack amenities other company buildings offer like a gym; if I were you looking into this place I would go to AVALON instead! A friend of mine only pays almost a $200 difference after moving from Arna Valley to Avalon so it's still affordable there. You need to help out your community more by getting involved in what we want because it's not fair when we give money and nothing comes back.
