All documentation given stated 55+, as did other housing agencies across the county. I contacted district and regional managers with no response and when I talked to property management they said current occupants younger than 62+ would have to move out. For two years I had been checking up on status, but never once mentioned any changes in requirements. It's not right that someone should wait so long only to be told no due to miscommunication from them in not passing along new info.
