If you don't want your privacy to be infringed, avoid renting from this company! The building is full of drug abusers and shady individuals, and the management does nothing about it. It is not suitable for families. Holly Carpenter lacks morality and threatened to evict me over a $20 fee. She embodies the characteristics of a slumlord, so it is highly recommended to avoid renting from her, especially if you have small children.
